Capped 750 from Half Time. Pours hazy orange gold with a slight white head. Aroma has a lot of bits. It is floral, spicy, arguable tropical fruit. Full bodied. Flavor is moderate spice over a pretty smooth malt. It has those Belgian yeast esters, and in the finish something like geraniol comes forth - to provide a little peppery/spicy burn. Finishes dryer than not, and it’s very well put together. I’m thinking it gets a little bit earthy. Seems to be an ale I could just keep on drinking.
