Pours a nice golden color, with no head or lacing. Great aroma of sour apples candy and earthy oak, really nice aroma. Tastes of a mild sour and oak earthiness. Paid for it and it was worth it. Really like this beer.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Lots of lactic cheese hay aromas. Lots of that tart lemon, lactic, earthy and hay flavors. The tart and juicy lemon notes are balanced really well. Dry lemons in the finish. The acidity gets strong as it warms up. But this is a solid sour.

Bottle shared thanks to scotchzi! Pours a slightly hazy yellow with thin bubbly ring of head and no lacing. Aroma of sour lemon and light tropical fruits. Taste is a funky sour fruit bomb with a bubbly dry finish. This is a home run for a brewery I have not liked in the past.

Cybercat (5840) - Georgia, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Pours a clear, bright solar yellow; whitish head doesn’t stick around for long. Aroma has a strong, fruity, wine-like overtone. Flavor is more like a white wine than a beer, strongly fruity and tangy, definite notes of grapes and fruit, puckeringly sour. Firm texture is quite smooth and fizzy, leaving a tart fruity finish. If you like wild ales, I’m sure you "wood" like this one!

Bottle, from the Beer Dispensary. Good aroma. Tart. Green apple. Yeasty funk. Clean orangy gold color. Small head that faded quick. No lace. Bitter flavor. Light body, thin smooth mouthfeel. Tart finish. Pretty good. Good aroma and flavor. Nice sour notes.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours clear straw with no head and a sour white wine aroma. There is an extremely tart citrus flavor that sticks to the palate. If you like sour, this is the one. There is a bit of oak in the finish.
