Location: Draft at HopsScotch, 10/5/12
Aroma: There’s a bunch of spices, particularly cinnamon, and some malts on the nose
Appearance: This one pours a clear dark orange color, with a small head and light lace
Flavor: It has a flavor similar to nose, it is light sweet, with spice, and some mild bitterness
Palate: It has a light body and it is a touch watery, with an average carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
This one was a decent beer, it isn’t a top of style offering, but it isn’t terrible. Nothing about it really stands out.
Bottle. Pours a clear golden copper with a decent head that dies quickly. Aromas are autumn leaves with little else. Odd... Maybe a slight whiff of spice, but that could be my mind playing tricks. Flavor is an odd mix of a deep amber ale mixed with pie spices that seem to have something a little off with them. Not quite a medicinal edge, but it ain’t quite right... tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Bottle. Big time clove flavor and aroma. Other pumpkin spices - cinnamon, nutmeg, a little pumpkin. Ok FROTHINGSLOSH (8291) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 30, 2012
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark caramel color with a large foamy tan head that faded and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy and semi-sweet nutmeg and clove. The flavor was tangy and somewhat bitter nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Long finish that turns dry with nutmeg and cinnamon lingering. Medium body. Ok. Ocean82 (82) - Virginia, USA - SEP 30, 2012
Pours clear amber with medium lasting head. Aromas of pumpkin spices with nutmeg pronounced. Nutmeg and spice upfront with some bitter hops on the finish. Mouthfeel is light and clean. A decent pumpkin ale, but lacking character.

Pours orange amber with a thick white foam. Minimal aroma. Maybe a little vegetal & malt. Taste is underwhelming. Kind of like an amber ale I really don't get any pumpkin or spice. Maybe my bottle was bad? Nice carbonation. Generally un-impressive. Not what I expected.
More beer please... j12601 (13297) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - SEP 29, 2012
Bottle. Pours a lightly hazed amber brown with a tiny hint of a white head. Warm spices and malt with a touch of fruit, old malt, and very faint gourd flesh. Medium bodied, sweet, some oxidized old fruit, touches of spice. Comes off a bit empty in the middle. Soft spices and toast on the finish into a light bitterness. Of the three pumpkin beers we had tonight this was the least bad, but still wasn’t all that good. Murrrrrr. kindacold (237) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - SEP 26, 2012
Pours orange with lacy head. Smells slightly sweet and spicy. Tastes of malt, pumpkin, spices, bit of hops. Spicy, dry, bitter finish. Clean. jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 25, 2012
Draft at pony with streets and Brendan. Pours an amber body wih light white lacing. Aroma is ligh spice and nutmeg. Mouthfeel is thin With notes of dry malts and spice. Stldsf1 (659) - Florida, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Smell is typical pumpkin beer. Color is typical pumpkin beer. Taste is typical at first then gives way to a bitter maltiness that is not typical. Not great but not awful.
