COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On Nantucket a Pumple named Drumkin, brewed up some great ale with his pumpkins. One and all came to savor the delicious flavor, then wobbled around quite like bumpkins. At Cisco they thought, "The is De-Lish! Let’s make some more because we wish, to please all the tourists, and locals and purists, with the best ale that we can accomplish!"

Draft. Pours almost clear dull copper brown with a thin white head and some lacing. Tastes slightly sour, malty, like fermenting apples and cherries. Low/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like cherries, bananas, malt.

12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a hazy amber with an off white head of foam that diminishes to just a ring around the edge of the glass. Aroma is slice forward. It actually reminds me of root beer with ginger and aftershave. The taste actually has a good bit of pumpkin pie character. That spice is a bit aggressive in the aroma and it puts me off a bit, but once I get a taste, its better. Light to medium carbonation.

12oz bottle pours a clear, burnt orange with some thin, white head. Nose is interesting, from afar it has quite a bit of spice - cinnamon/nutmeg/powdered ginger, up close it has some root veg, some carrot, some spaghetti squash, some odditities too like tomato and celery seed. Flavor has a lot more tomato, a little ketchup, a little waxy, some root veg, white pepper, coriander. Slim finish. Strange.

[Bottle] Pours a bright amber color with a small white head on top. Nose of pumpkin pie spice, amber malts and grassy hop notes. Muted spices, light pumpkin, caramel and brown sugar flavors. Light in body compared to others of the style. Tasting notes from 10/2014.

Drank orginally out of a pumpkin into a mug, then drank out of the can. Definitely better when sitting inside a pumpkin for a little bit.

Ed5388 (3477) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - NOV 14, 2013
Draught sample from Manahawkin Spirits. Pours a cloudy burnt orange color with an average frothy off white head. Aroma was sort of vinous, malty, with a fair amount of pumpkin pie spice. Taste of bitter pumpkin, vinegar, and pumpkin pie spices. Not a fan!

probably the best of the three punkin beers toniahgt. Pour is a little darker than yellow. Smells like plain old beer from a can. Decent co2. Not spice forward and I apprecate that. Interesting and mild on the finish.
