Not too bad. Pours an amber color with a pretty small head. This isn’t overly spiced, which is a great change for a pumpkin beer. Tastes like an Oktoberfest which is underneath. Aurelius (5682) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - SEP 19, 2012
"There once was a farmer-agrarian
With a surplus of squashes Hungarian.
He mumbled, "My Dear,
we must brew some beer
that appeals to a dumb vegetarian."
So there, label-writer limerick marketing guy. Watch out Vanilla Ice!
Perfumy, tannic, lightly spicy, somewhat sweaty aroma. Clear, rusty, red-orange-brown beer, standard US longneck, meh label. Nicely bittered at first, tangy, a bit metallic, not sweet, a bit woody. The bittering broke down to a metallic affair. Overall, blind, I would think this is a rye beer. A little sour fruit in the finish, amongst the long, non-descript hop bitterness. No love from Aurelius. Market Square Liquors, Timberlane. jtclockwork (17769) - , New Jersey, USA - SEP 16, 2012

Gold (aged) color, limpid, billowing tan head.
Light to medium body but assertive, simple taste, bitter and dry, average length. High carbonation gives the mouthfeel the needed balance, particularly needed if served at warmer temperatures.

Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is dark amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, caramel), lightly hoppy (grapefruit), with light notes of squash/pumpkin, clove, rose flower water, Listerine.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Rather unbalanced in the mouth with a slightly unpleasant aftertaste (overly spiced, I think). Mild aroma is ok but not very enticing and a tad medicinal. Meh. mansquito (7259) - Nueva York, New York, USA - SEP 23, 2013
Whole Foods, Bowery can ($2): Pours clear amber with off-white head. Aroma is light pumpkin spice and sugary malt, maybe a hint of vanilla. Taste is a little hoppy at the front with just a bit of spice throughout. Nondescript spicy aftertaste. Not great, but hardly drainpour. Onionkid (390) - Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA - SEP 25, 2013
Bottle. Aroma of spices and pumpkin, but only faintly. Overall weak aroma. The taste is similar, a bit of a weak, watery taste but def. pumpkin and spice. This isn’t a bad beer, but actually pretty tasty. This is the perfect session pumpkin ale. Not a great beer, but it has a purpose lol! 6.8% alcohol. snoworsummer (6374) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 2, 2013
Draft. Pours almost clear dull copper brown with a thin white head and some lacing. Tastes slightly sour, malty, like fermenting apples and cherries. Low/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like cherries, bananas, malt.
