Perhaps I lack the knowledge to speak to the quality of a given apple but this one is notably sour and sharp and I rather enjoy it. It’s a very nice cider. omhper (25801) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 11, 2017

This is fairly sweet for a dry cider. It certainly isn’t too sweet, and it certainly isn’t too dry-- which is, what I think, the middle ground most cider drinkers want. The 6.9% doesn’t get in the way of its musty-tart sweetness. A very well-balanced cider. It’s expensive, but I will be buying more of it. Would love to cellar it for next fall.
