Accompagna bene primi delicati, carni chiare, pesce, pizza e formaggi freschi. 12.5°

fillepolo (1169) - SWEDEN - JUL 29, 2015
Bottle in Trieste. Malty nose with some citrusy notes. Light taste of malts and hops.

Davros (3338) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - FEB 19, 2015
Pours gold with a massive head. Nose shows lemon, doughy wheat, green apple and white grapes. Slightly tart flavors with hints of citrus, wheat, lemon candy, citron. Slightly harsh finish. Carbonation is much too high.

Sissio (1783) - Orsenigo, ITALY - OCT 28, 2014
Pale golden with rich white froth. Quite fizzy, hint of citric and bread. Sadly it has gone bad... A hint of sourness covers everything. To retaste, it feels like a nice one.

Zarkam (539) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 19, 2014
330ml bottle from some supermarket in Trieste, hazy pale golden colour, large rocky mostly diminishing white head, little lacing. Lightly malty aroma of grain with light herbal hops and some butter. Taste is initally light bittersweet and a slightly meaty, turning into a moderately sour and slightly bitter finish. Medium body, dry mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Rather strange sour lager, no idea if that was the intention, drinkable anyway if not insanely pleasant.

330ml bottle at DOC, Carlton, Melbourne. This lightly hopped pilsner is certainly a good match to the excellent pizzas served at this restaurant. It has a buttery cereal malt backbone with a decent refreshing hop bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel with light-medium body. Appears bright golden with average sized white head.

ogivlado (8316) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 28, 2013
Bottled 330ml. -from Pam supermarket in Trieste, rated in my hotel room in Torino. Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, light acidic yeasty nose. Malty, pretty strong acidic yeasty and some spices with notes of fruits in the finish. Not worth 4€ I’ve paid for.

Geiserich (4659) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JUL 3, 2013
Bottle: Very pale yellwo hazy color, creamy white head. Quite sourly aroma, vinegar and milk sourness. Flavor is light malty, herbal hops, sourness. Maybe unfresh or unclean.
