OldMrCrow (2440) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 22, 2006
Cask at Cambridge Blue in Cambridge.

Another very light orange bitters; this one has a mild sour-grass aroma, barely-apparent malts, and a very thin mothfeel. The highlight is the finish, long and dry and without anyo fthe metalic or other off-flavors that haunt many similar brews.

StueyD (1583) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAR 13, 2006
A mid orange, amber colour with a weak head. The nose is initially hoppy, with a touch of citrus fruit, and a slightly floral finish. The taste is light and hoppy, the citrus element is apparent again. The aftertaste is dry, and has the slightly hoppy, floral hint again. (Bottle - Tesco).

RichardGretton (4770) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2006
Bottle. Very pale beer with a light head, the aroma is light, fruity and slightly citric and the flavour is watery, quite weak with a fruity, bitter and winey finish. Overall disappointing.

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 12, 2006
Very smooth and easy-drinking bitter. I want more taste than this, and had expecter more from a beer with all these prices and medals!

omhper (25153) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2005
Bottled. Hazy golden, small head.Orangey wild yeast aroma. Sweet, fruit and mellow. Completely dominated by wild fermentation. (No, ante, the bottle was not old. Best before July 2006...)

ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 3, 2005
(bottle) Hazy dark golden. Butterscoth with a sourish yeasty undertone in the aroma. Butterscotch, lemon and yeast in flacour. Thin body. Dry, unclean finish. Old bottle?

Cask Conditioned
Amber color. Quite flat flavor, but very nice hoppy aroma and palate; a bit thin, dry mouthfeel, resinous.

hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 12, 2005
Distinctive hop and honey aroma. Cloudy golden beer with a good, long-lasting white head. Fruit and hops in the taste. Enjoyable beer.

Cask @ The Fountain, Cambridge, UK. 27th May 2005
Golden. Big hoppy nose that transfer your thoughts to south germany. Just slightly vinegary. Thin body and very short aftertaste.

duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2005
[email protected] Ale opening. A very solid bitter. Dry, malty, with light toffee and grainy flavours. Subtle, balanced, with some light bitterness, drinkable stuff.
