Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was was lasting with good lacing. Moderate floral hop and malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth thin texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Sample at Black Bear Saloon in BDL. The beer pours a clear amber color with a thin off-white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Grainy malt and hops in the nose. Can shared with my wife. Pours a hazed amber with a medium sized white head. Soft malt and toast on the nose, light toast. Medium bodied, sweet with some malt, a bit of toast. Malt and toast into the finish, with a bit of plum sweetness. Easy and toasty with a bit of sweetness and gentle malt lingering.
