Bottle. Straw coloured, collapsing white head. High bead. Grainy aroma with hay, earth, grass. Smells clean enough despite a green bottle and a long journey. Mild grainy malt sweetness with some bitterness. A little papery and metallic. Not good but not a disaster. rickgordon (3874) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2009
Bottled, sampled at Bierhaus, Timisoara/Temesvár, Romania.
Clear colden colour, creamy head. Sewer, plug-hole aroma and old flowers. Oily body with thin mouthfeel. No malt or hop features at all. Old plants and stem here. Low bitterness and somwhat papery. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 1, 2010
500 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass. Spab (3785) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 10, 2010
App.: Clear light golden with a small white head.
Aroma: Some light grassy hops, grains/cereals, a touch of apple juice, a little resinous hops, touches of bready crust/biscuit maltiness, light but not too bad, particularly for an “Eastern European” lager.
Palate: Medium body, medium-light carbonation, a little bit of Pils smoothness.
Flav.: Actually a nice blend of light malts and peppery, grassy hops, much better than expected from nose and preconceptions; dry with some bitterness and a light, slightly fruity malt finish.
500 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear bright gold with good-sized white head. Aroma of grassy hops, bread and a light fruity sweetness. Flavour is mostly of wet cardboard with a little breadiness and some grassiness in the finish. Light to medium body; fairly fizzy carbonation. Pretty mediocre. teddybeer (3737) - Madrid, SPAIN - OCT 2, 2011
Can 50cl. Pale yellow with white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is lighty malted. Taste is light hoppy. On palate a little watery, with average carbonation and light body.

Can. Clean malty profile, a bit heavier than most of its counterparts. Not bad, though the unfiltered version is significantly better. drpimento (3572) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 26, 2008
I think this is one of the better of Romania’s beers. Poured with a nice foamy, frothy head, white with fine bubbles. Good lace. Pleasant golden yellow hue. Mild slightly sweet nose and beery. Flavor’s grainy, a bit of hops, and pale malt. Bit thin. But stlll quite drinkable. Clean. Balanced. Smooth. Nice finish. northropfrye (3514) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 28, 2011
Bottle. Pale golden colour, with white head that quickly fades. Skunky wet aroma. Crisp refreshing taste. Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 11, 2007
Light yellow colored, little white head. Sweet, lemony, estery aroma with mild cardboard. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor is more cardboardy with esters and some dryness in aftertaste. Lemon also lasts. tomer (3481) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - NOV 2, 2016
At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, clear lightish gold color, cardboard and wood aroma with some light maltiness, feels old, swwet malty honey flavor, light coarse bitterness. Really bad.
