UPDATED: SEP 1, 2013 500ml can from the LCBO. canned november 9th 2010. pours golden with a lasting white head that laces beautifully. aroma of mineral water, lean pale malt, nobel hops. the flavour start with mineral water, very lean but noticable pale malt and a ridiculously long minerally bitter hoppy finish. outstandingly good. my new go to pale lager./////////////////recent batches havnt been as good. rated down from 3.9 to 2.9//////////////////////// can BB 30/05/14. back to its old self! so minerally and fantastic. just so crushable. up there with pilsner urquell and bit burger when you get a good batch. if you love lager you gotta try this one. back up to 3.3 harrisoni (19535) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 26, 2015
Can from Prince International Supermarket, Ashford. Pale gold lasting white head. Some palt malt on the aroma. Some lemon on the flavour. Of all the Polish/Romanian beers I’ve had today this is the best. Really quite drinkable. Decent pils, yes even some noble hop is noticeable on the finish. Garlic_of_Doom (664) - SWEDEN - JUN 2, 2015

Pours light yellow with a dense white retaining head.
Aroma is sweet malty, fresh with light citrus notes.
Taste is sweet malty with noticeable herbal/grassy bitterness.
Light body, high carbonation, dry mouth feel.

Surprisingly good lager with more noble hops than they usually have.
Can.Yellow and clear appearance. More fizz than taste. A new brewery for me I am embarrassed to say. Not one I would recommend. moldovan9807 (516) - Oradea, ROMANIA - JUL 9, 2017

500ml can. This time (2012) it is a pils beer not a lager (and 5V/V% alc). Very good, nice, little bubbles, sweet odor but hard, citric hoppy taste. Dry mouthfeel. And cheap! One of best choice in Romania. I like pils. CQC (224) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 15, 2008
looks like a beer, smells like a beer - taste like a cross between an English A Czech beer.
Again - Romainian underrated beer. Easy drink, Enough taste to be manly & to get fucked up on. rozsoma (1163) - Gyõr, HUNGARY - AUG 26, 2009
A híres "csíki bír" egyenesen Csíkszeredáról. Minden magyar sörbarátnak érdemes ezért a nedűért Székelyföldre elbarangolnia. Meg hát amúgy is. Különben színe arany, íze enyhén keserű, mely sokáig a kitölti a szájat. Illatában gyógyfüvek leledzenek. Jól el lehet merengeni mellette. Ja és literes kiszerelésben is kapható ám. Komolyan nem értem mi ez az underrate, örülnék, ha itthon is kapható lenne!!! JesseM (1158) - Margaritaville, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 11, 2010
500mL can from the LCBO. Pours a nice gold with a small white head. Aroma isn’t even that bad, some cereal grainy sweetness and peppery notes. Flavour is also decent, quite clean for something I thought would be riddled with adjuncts. Pale malts with some tinny hop bite in the finish. Lingering maltyness. Pretty drinkable on a humid summer night, and at a very good price I could actually see myself purchasing this again. Foxbush (2141) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - APR 6, 2017
Draft at Jamie’s Italian Restaurant in Budapest The waiter called this Csiki Sor. This is closest I could find. It is brewed in Transylvania, Romania. The lager poured a clear gold color with a white head and lacing. There is malty aroma and a very neutral taste. The medium body beer had average carbonation. The finish was clean and dry.
