UPDATED: APR 24, 2014 Hazy light yellow-gold color. Small white short lasting head. Very weak aroma. Medium-low carbonation. Slightly bitter and sour. Some hops, week citrus. Nice bitterness is balanced well by ample sweetness. Flavor profile is balanced but basic and boring - Not much by its own, but great as a refreshing drink to go along with your lunch. My favorite Romanian lager up until now.

Draft. A pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of hay and syrup with hops. Taste of hops. Palate is smooth with dry finish. Overall: decent beer.

0.5 can in Transylvania. Appearance: hazy golden with no head after pouring. Light bodied, proper taste. One of the best industrial romanian beers Ive had.

de geur is niet zo goed. de kleur is licht blond. de smaak is niet zo uitgesproken, maar het is goed als een doordrinker.

1l-PET bottle. Clear golden yellow, large and persistent head. Hoppy nose. Well-balanced beer, perhaps too well-balanced so that it becomes a little boring. Neither very hoppy nor malty but very drinkable.

500 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear light golden with a small white head. Aroma: Some light grassy hops, grains/cereals, a touch of apple juice, a little resinous hops, touches of bready crust/biscuit maltiness, light but not too bad, particularly for an Eastern European lager. Palate: Medium body, medium-light carbonation, a little bit of Pils smoothness. Flav.: Actually a nice blend of light malts and peppery, grassy hops, much better than expected from nose and preconceptions; dry with some bitterness and a light, slightly fruity malt finish.

Exceeded expectations.

Bottle. Pours very pale golden with a small, fizzy, white film head. Aroma has apples, sweet corn, citrus, light skunky. Medium carbonation, fine dusty and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is kinda sweet, light maize, kinda sharp citric bitterness. A bit watery in the finish.

Thank you cuso fir this one. Classic lager with no surprises. Bit thin and pissy but quite quaffable. Very easy to drink with a bit malg and sugar in the back. Nice.

Poured straw with a frothy white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt. Light body, flavour as the aroma, lightly fruity.
