Can, from an ethnic foodstore in Hull. Pale lemon gold, fluffy and persistent white head, good condition. Sweet grain and a slight estery fruitiness in the nose, soft and grainy sweetness in the mouth with a muted hop note and a slightly oily ester note. Finish is brief and fruity with a estery bitterness lingering.

Can from a local off-licence a few doors along from the Hart & Spool, Borehamwood. Golden-blonde with a very thin head. Easy-drinking lager in terms of its texture, with a carbonation to it. Taste wise it’s fairly bland.

50 cl can. Pours clear golden color with medium white head. Aroma is mostly metallic, and light malt & hop. Taste is medium sweet, grainy, hops, malt, but with a strong metallic finish ( maybe I got a wrong can). I wouldn’t try it again, but I will do it just to see if this one was an error.
