TET (3210) - Kaarina, FINLAND - OCT 4, 2013
A colablack beer with a medium and beige head, a typical appearance. The nose is strongly roasted, liquirice, also sweet bread and some chocolate, nice. Taste is roasted, but not burned, coffee, some chocolate, balanced and the taste is dried just in the end with slightly herbal notes. Almost medium bodied, that is nice and the body is strong enough, quite smooth. Very nice beer where the all pieces are in place. MichaelAwesome (6545) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - FEB 4, 2014
The first stout for ages I really enjoyed. Bit thin with some black coffee, some malt and roasted grain. Sweetish moments and high drinkability. Wonderful. allmyvinyl (11026) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 8, 2014

This one was a very nice stout from Clanconnel, definitely much better than either of the two beers that I had from the brewery previously & one that I'll likely find myself drinking again at some point in the near future. The beer p[opened with some great roasted flavours along with subtle touches of sugar & chocolate to add a little sweetness; there was some pleasant coffee flavours too which helped impact just a touch of bitterness. It was relatively complex, especially when compared to previous offerings from the brewery & it went down very easily as well; great stuff.
Bottle @ Bull & Castle. Opaque black with soft natural head. Aroma is rich unroasted coffee cherries, black licorice, and molasses. Chocolate, roasted malt, lingering toasty coffee beans. Soft gentle palate with mild carbonation. Lingering aftertaste of coffee beans. Very nice. rlgk (18844) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 7, 2011
