Yellow, unfiltered, white head.
Metallic, malty, fruity, I would guess Belgian yeast.
Fine carbonation, slightly sweet , unusual but pleasant bitterness for an Italian beer. kokkenrolv (348) - Bergen, NORWAY - JAN 29, 2016
Bottle. Aroma is slightly hoppy, wet grain, light malts, some floral notes, hints of fruit. Golden, hazy, minimal white head. Light/medium sweetness, light/medium bitter, taste is hints of light malt, ripe fruits, floral tones, hint of wet grain. Light body, soft carbonation, medium long medium bitter finish. Nothing special. Sigmund (7654) - Tau, NORWAY - SEP 12, 2015
750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. BB date 14/11/2013. ABV is 5%. Hazy golden colour, large to moderate white head. Strong sweetish aroma, notes of over-ripe fruits. Refreshing flavour, mid-between sweet and dry, fruity notes with a slight acidity that makes the beer very drinkable. Distinct hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Probably even better when fresh. 0.75l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. Quite expired this bottle so this is a ish-rating. Slowly wants out of the bottle and making it in to the glass it has a light cloudy golden look, a nice medium sized white top and the body is packed with floaters and unfiltered particles. It smells a bit old. Soft yeasty floral nuances with heather, old still flower water, some picked lemons and old grass. Not all that. Tastes OK. It has a above average creamy carbonation level and it feels light oily on the mouth. Soft floral dryness in the taste. Some hints of straw and honey. Not to exciting, but for being as old as it it it’s not all that bad. Even a little hint of alcohol in the finish and aftertaste. 09.10.2013 Finn (7547) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 17, 2014
Flaske 0,75l delt med flere under seanse i Tårnrommet 3 Jun 13. Lys aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som varer. Mye lacing. God skogsaroma. Smaken er syrlig frukt & bær. Preg av skog. Atter et godt sommerøl.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh, light malts, weeds, hay, citrus, yeast, citrus peel, thinner. Taste is wet hay, yeast, weeds, light malts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and very thin mouthfeel. Next!
Very cloudy yellow pour with a small white head. Hints of wheat and yeast in the nose. Taste is earthy with hints of citrus and yeast. berlinoise2go (689) - NORWAY - JUL 19, 2013
Bottle (75cl) from Vinmonopolet, Oslo. Hazy pale golden colour. Inch-thick white fluffy head, good retention, leaves snowflake-shaped lacing. Aroma of straw, yellow apple, citrus, honey, almonds. Medium/light body, average carbonation, refreshing mouthfeel. Somewhat sweet and ’dusty’ taste initially, that turns drier and ends with a solid bitterness, well-balanced overall. Lasting citrus-dry aftertaste. Holmen1 (6011) - Stavanger, NORWAY - JUL 4, 2013
