Dark cola brown coloured beer with a weak mocha head. Sweet malty aroma, reminiscent of "Horlicks!" There is also a hint of wet wood. Dry mouthfeel. Bittersweet but mild malt flavours, chocolate and coffee, then a woody fruity flavour that lingers into the finish. A good example of the style. Tasted at the Wellington, Birmingham.
