Serving: from bottle. Aroma: light cardboard armoa. Appearance: average, rocky, white, initial head with fair lacing and mostly diminishing longevity. Clear, medium-yellow body with tiny body particles. Taste: lightly cardboardy/nutty initial flavor and moderate, horse blanket finish with average duration. Palate: light-to-medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: appearance and palate is like a real beer, but the taste and aroma arent good.

Nez trs malt, genre mousse de malt lors de lbullition. Trs malt en bouche galement avec une fin de bouche sur le levure, sans tre lourd pour autant. Niveau houblon a parat un peu herbac, mais en toute discrtion. Amertume modre. Pas excessivement dgueux en soit.

Can. <0.49%. Best before 19.01.18. Pours a clear, pale straw yellow with a fluffy, white head. Good lacing. Sweet aroma. Light hops, cereals, bread. Fledgling hints of seaweed (!) at first, but disappears as it warms, giving way for light malt/molasses. Somewhat dusty and with a light cardboard overtone. Flavour is sweet, with notes of (citrusy) hops, bread and malt/molasses, and with a light spicy off-note. Light cardboard overtone here as well. Sugary/candy-like hint as it warms. Mild to medium bitter finish, a bit dry, lingering. Hint of citrusy hops. Overall decent, for a non-alcoholic beer. 10.12.16.

BB 17.01.17. Poured a pale yellow colour with a 5mm bright white frothy cap that diminished slowly and laced OK. Carbonation high, slow and coarse. Aroma strongly of pale malt with a slight sweetness; no obvious hops. Taste of malt, grain and metal with a terrible tartness; malt intensity increases as it warms; no real bitterness. Light body, bordering on watery. Soft with a tart finish.

Clear straw, medium head, carbonation. Smells bread, wet grains and hops. Medium body. Taste honey, malt with proper hoppy finish. A little bit metallic on the end. But good.

Bottle. Golden color, frothy white head. Malty aroma. Slightly sweet, malty flavor with vegetables and a hint of aniseed. Medium-light body, medium carbonation. Not a great success.

Clear golden with fluffy white head. Sweet malty like others non-alc and very light hoppy and honey notes. Light unpleasant oily notes in the flavour. Not bad however.

0,33 liter can from Hotel Explora Rapa Nui. Claims to have 0,49% abv. Pours a completely clear golden color with a medium to big white fluffy head that diminishes quickly leaving a small lace. Aroma is quite yeasty, dusty with notes of dough, light herbs, a bit of berries, dust, cobwebs and neutral cake. Not bad for a Low Alcohol. Taste is a little rough with large amounts of white bread and dough neutral flavors but a very intrusive metallic bitterness that sticks to the sides of the mouth. I cannot find to like it, but at least it has a taste, unlike others of the style. Light to medium body, almost like a Helles. Not crisp nor clean. Could have been more refreshing with more herbal and less metal. Not terrible for the style, but not something I would like to drink again.

Countbeer (6286) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 27, 2016
Bottle: Served in a Clausthaler glass: White head. Clear golden yellow body. Nose of malts, tobacco, some grains, herbal... Flavour is a mix of tobacco, dried plants, malts, bitters, bread, herbal... Aftertaste is bitter, malty, herbal and tobacco... Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, bodied. Not that bad for a low/non alcohol beer.
