Clausthaler Weizen boks 0.33L fra Extra Hamna. Farge uklar gulbrun med offwhite skum. Lukt noe frukt, malt. Smak malt, banan, noe krydder. En litt ubestemmelig hveteøl, helt grei.

*Old rating, best before 12.03. Weich-frisch, leicht süßlich, malzig-hefig, die Hefe überdeckt die Alkoholfrei-Note recht gut, süßlich-süffig im Nachgeschmack.

0,5l can. Labelled as Weizen. Nice, unfiltered look, golden and hazy. Tall, white head. Smells good, yeasty and of course reminiscent of wheat beer. Could this be the first really good non-alcoholic beer? It masks its low ABV well, but there is the typical wheat taste that I’m not too fond of, and a weird, burnt aftertaste. But, at the end of the day, slightly more interesting than all the other non-alcoholic beers I’ve tried so far.

Can. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is wheat, banana, orange. Flavour is wheat, banana, orange, yeast. OK non alcoholic.

DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 30, 2014
16 NOK can in hotel room in Nordheimsund, 26/10/14. Typical heaped weizen looks with a fast subsiding head. Good ripe estery banana and clove scent with hints of glue. NA weizens are typically the most convincing alcohol free beers and this is no exception; honeyed pale grain and banana on a cardboard background. Full mouthfeel, moderate condition. Not bad.

On can from local supermarket as Weizen. Golden orange color, good foam. Aromas of fruitiness, bananas; low aroma intensity (if compared to hefeweizen- quite well for a low alcoholic). Light body & complexity. On the sweet side. Lacks punch, but ok enough

bergstaden (2981) - Røros, NORWAY - AUG 17, 2014
Hazy golden with a large white head - Wheat in the aroma - Thin body with some wheat flavours - thin wheat finish - This was thin
