500ml bottle: BBE of Jan 15. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home in Dec 14. Nice looking brew, true copper hue to the clear and clean body: sadly the head sank to a wisp and collar a bit too quickly for my liking. Fruity and caramel notes in the nose, the taste also semi-sweet and malty with fruit hints to find. Mild woody and nutty feel to the flavours within the taste, a decent blend overall and a pleasant enough beer for the winter. blackisle (2815) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - SEP 29, 2014
