murky amber, fizzy white head laces well. Heavy chlorine nose, moderate sugar, lightly doughy. Ashy front palate, olive tomato through the end, oily with sugary balsamic. Am I eating a Greek salad? Off notes with sugar underneath and way overcarbonated.

A - Pours out amber orange with a small one finger tall white head leaving light lace down the glass.
S - Smells of doughy caramel malt, dulled grassy hops, toffee, and some faint citric fruit.
T - Starts off with a big sweet caramel malt kiss slowly giving way to a mix of toffee and dulled out grassy hops. The malt really controls this one but it never really gets to the point of being overpowering. The finish is more sweet malt, lingering for some time.
M - Medium-Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Very malty feel, lingering throughout consumption.
O - I liked this one. It was very malt forward and it could have used a bit more hops to help even things out but it was still plenty enjoyable as is.
Unruly, bizarre aroma of latex paint, bubblegum, feet, cedar, and varnish. Clear amber, huge sticky off white head. Foam climbs out of the bottle from what was left behind from my pour. Vinegar and cedar, mold and moss. Ugh, something seems wrong here. It feels like an ambitious effort at greatness but fell short of mediocrity.

(Bottle). My bottle must be a very bad batch. Even the slowest angled pour causes the foam to erupt and overflow the glass. The flavor is slightly sour and chalky mouthfeel. Drain pour.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2014 12oz bottle I picked up at Total Wine in Sterling. Pours a hazy, dark orange with some rocky, lacing, white head. Uh oh, aroma makes me nervous; stale cardboard, some dried lemon peel, rotting white grape. Whoa, flavor is definitely infected, strong grapefruit peel, cardboard, nettles. Trashy finish. Bad bottle maybe? Either way, drain pour. ***** Re-rate from December 2014. 12oz bottle pours a hazy orange with some foamy, white head. Nose of garbage, rotting tropical fruit, plastic, dust. Flavor has guava, mild pear, trashy though, hints of butyric acid, pixie sticks. Super carbonated, harsh finish. Bottle. Dusty, extremely fruity nose with a thin base layer of caramel, touch of apple juice. Pours clear orange with plenty of carbonation and a large, foamy beige head. Taste lightly sweet with floral fruity-yeasty tones, smacks of homebrew. Light bitterness, medium body, doesn’t have the crispness or guile that I’m looking for.
