Bottle. Big foaming issues with this one when I popped the cap, lost about a third of the bottle. That’s never a good sign. Poured a hazy dark gold under an enormous fizzy white head. I had to pour this into two glasses even after losing a bunch. The nose doesn’t smell infected though, just a bready maltiness with minimal hops and a touch of honey sweetness. Same with the flavor, though maybe a slight twang on the finish. Otherwise, it’s just a little sweet with doughy maltiness and minimal to no bitterness. Light bodied with a slight cling and fizzy prickly carbonation. Not the best presentation, but I guess the beer wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. On tap at the brewery (Roselle Park). Pours a hazy golden color with a thick frothy off white head. Aroma of light citrus and sweet grain. Taste of light citrus zest, sweet grain, and yeast. conway (2210) - - DEC 14, 2013
Bottle. Slightly hazy gold with a big rocky white head that leaves tons of lacing. Aroma is oddly fruity sweet with Belgian yeast notes. Taste follows suit. Over-carbonated. Noble attempt but not very good unfortunately. boxofrane (2559) - Spring City, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Bottle from wegmans. This beer exploded all over the place as soon as the cap came off. There was a yellow color with a thousand feet of head. The aroma is lightly corn and some light belgian yeast notes. The taste is lightly sweet but barely noticeable because of how carbonated the beer is. Atrocious. Maybe I’ll see it on tap and relate sometime. blipp (9691) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAY 21, 2013
Cask. Pours gold with a white head. Light sweet malts, toffee, relatively low bitterness, and light peachy notes. Seems a touch off, but not that bad.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with a huge, white, long lasting head. Aroma is of grassy hops and grain. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Taste is of bready malt and grassy, spicy hops. Finish is long and spicy. This brew is hoppy enough to make it interesting. ganache (6056) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 21, 2013
Bottle, probably an old one. Nose is sweet and lightly yeasty, fruity with a touch of pepper. Pours clear golden with lots of carbonation and an enormous bright white head. Taste is tart and lightly sweet, light bitterness scratching its way out at the end, has black pepper and floral notes, pushing the rose hips-side of Saison even if they’re not calling it that. Nice jolt of lemony citrus, seems like a little scum of wheat, and the tartness actually seems well-earned. Fullish body, smooth despite the visible aggression. Probably would make a good pairing for food. DocLock (11045) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 24, 2012
Pours hazy gold with white head. Nose is pale malt, fruit, hops, some tartness. Tastes hoppy, dry and floral, with some fruit, and some finishing buttery notes. Meh. BREWMUSKCLES (2744) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 17, 2012
yeasty and bitter with coriander and fruit esters and wheat. Some alcohol deepens the body some. a touch of plastic even after sitting some time. sweetness rides the bitter chalky and caustic nature of this one. bitter finish lingers as does that plastic. Cloudy wheat looking brew lemony looking with some orange hue. some clove and a billowing white head that holds all of the flavor and tames itself slowly. vegetable in the aroma.
