UPDATED: OCT 20, 2016 Bottle (from Reciproc, timisoara). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, alcohol, sausages, spices, wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, wheat, some spices. Body is watery. Overall: drinkable-okish, not weizen, more like "wheat ale". alex_cris7 (1) - Bucharest, ROMANIA - MAR 2, 2016 does not count
One off my favourite beers. It goes very easy down the throat and it is one of the few beers that i can drink heavily when i’m thirsty fogarasia (9) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 7, 2016 does not count
Great taste, clean appear but a little bit too much suspended yeast. Served in a great place mariusi (7) - ROMANIA - AUG 28, 2015 does not count
Very good taste and better than most other unfiltered beers I had. Hard to stop drinking it, but I wish the alcohol would be sensed more. fugitive (1993) - Athens, GREECE - JUL 22, 2015

This is one of my all time favorite beers. Its super-clean, no banana, lots of cloves, weizen. I have met the head brewer many times, and he told me the goal is to make a german ale that is a drinkable session beer. It is made to be stored cold, so if it is stored in room-temperature, prepare for foam. Amazing freshness. Im rating this beer, because I am disappointed by the low scores this beer gets. The brewing process is highly advanced, computer-controlled like an industrial plant, on a micro level, so the product is exactly how the brewer wants it to be. Go to Timisioara and get it on tap! Sehr trübe milchig goldgelbe Farbe, viel weißer Schaum. Geruch hefig, Bananen, hopfig. Geschmack sehr bananig, hefig, süß, gering hopfig. bartlebier (3946) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAR 9, 2015
50cl fliptop from BKL’15 München - SO, danke! Pours like a hazy, soggy, baker’s malt Keller/hefe/saison crossover. Nose is an interesting blend of those as well: a saison-like pollen-grass and white pepper is sprinkled over the Hefe cloves and faint peach-banana compote, fragrant pale malts protruding from underneath. Falls off a bit in taste, but still offers enough to keep the palate guessing where this Timisoaran Hefe has landed in terms of more Western-European style categories: spelty rich in wheaty almond malt character, good white pepper bite and gentle cloves. Light, young and fresh green mouthfeel - Easy to drink a whole bottle. An overall pleasant welcome from Romania to my stats... Koelschtrinker (20216) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAR 7, 2015
Bitter hefig hopfiger Antrunk, etwas trocken. Rund, vollmundig aber trocken. Mild bitterer Mittelteil, leicht wässrig. 11/8/9/9/9/9 andriesradu (705) - ROMANIA - DEC 24, 2014
Pours hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Quite strong aroma, mainly of wheat. Also bananas, spices and some sourness. Flavor is intense in the begining then it ends sudenlly. Quite dry, a bit soapy and it lacks the body I would have expected.
