Beer exploded on me a bit. Lots of carbonation. What was recoverable was tasty, a bit too carbonated. Some spruce and maples. Rated 2/20/03

slight floral hop aroma, light ale with a touch of lingering bitterness, more of an esb than an ipa, not much character at all

(Bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of florals, fruit, and maple syrup. Nice balance of hops and malt with a hint of corriander.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy orangey amber color with bubbly but thin off-white head. Aroma is full of malts and citrus notes. Flavor is a bit sour, and maltier than any IPA I’ve ever had, I think. However, the hops have a definite presence as well. Tastes more like an ESB to me than an IPA, but its unique and pretty drinkable. Overall, not bad, but not great.

reddish-bronze color, weak head....little stamina. Very floral aroma. Taste was hoppy and peppery on the tongue. Nothing super original, but a well made WCIPA for sure!

ravidesai (978) - Bombay, INDIA - SEP 7, 2002
nice IPA. bronze colr, malty slightly floral aroma. rather sweet initial taste that develops some hop character towards the finish. mellow and malty compared to most IPAs buty still a good drink.

Holdwine (1232) - Beertimore, Maryland, USA - JUL 30, 2002
A very good IPA. Let’s start with the pour- nice aroma flowery-malty, good color. Like every IPA, the hops should be the key, and here they are in spades. Great hops taste, good mouth feel and a nice dry finish. What more could you ask for.... oh, that’s right, how about another.
