Thanks to cfrancis for this one. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts, corn, light honey, fruity esthers and a faint hop aroma. Taste is sweet malts, honey, lemon tartness, noble hop bitterness and fruity esthers. Bit too fruity and the tartness is a bit off with a touch of harshness in the finish... Otherwise a good clean lager like finish. solidfunk (9407) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - OCT 22, 2013
It would be a disservice if a kitsch weren’t boring. That’s the point, right? Pours golden with good head and lacing. Some barley here as well. Finishes with nice crispness. Some very light sugared malt as well. Watery consistency. Tap at brewpub. BreWedge (558) - goose bay, Newfoundland, CANADA - APR 20, 2013
On tap @ Clocktower Pub Ottawa. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Aromas were a nice blend of honey and biscuit. Tastes were very reflective of aroma but with some grain as well. Best descriptor would be like eating a graham cracker but without the sweetness. Light bodied and crisp with a short finish. I really enjoyed this beer.

(hiver 2005-06) italarican (1606) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 28, 2012
On tap at the Bank St. brewpub. I actually thought this was a decent kolsch. Balanced, light body, and crisp. Mild honey sweetness.

Pours a hazy gold with a small white ring. Aroma is soft straw grains. Taste is bready grain. After coming back from Germany this is lacking dudebun (140) - GERMANY - JUL 14, 2012
Not good at all. Kinda smelled cheap, crappy homebrewy, had a weird citrus taste and not in a good way, bready, thick almost syrupy/chewy mouthfeel, served in a pint so it warmed up before I was done only exacerbating it’s shortcomings. If I was offered this or coors light, I’d take the coors. rejtable (2837) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 6, 2012

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2015 En fût au Clocktower. Couleur jaune paille claire, mousse blanche. Arôme de céréale et houblon. Mince en bouche, avec notes de c.r.ales et un peu de houblon en finale. Bonne. Metalchopz (3516) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 2, 2011
Originally rated January 2006. Poured a golden colour with slight amber in it. The head was white and did not have much retention, nor lacing. Good fruity nose, specially light fruit, with undertones of grapefruit. Nice smooth taste with a grainy finish and some bitterness. Also, mild fruitness was found in the aftertaste, with some grapefruit and grain malts. Kind of creamy mouthfeel. Great session brew that was refreshing with a nice pleasant taste.
