Cask at Clockwork Beer Co. Pours clear gold with a thin ring of white head. Aromas of ginger, powdered, not fresh. Taste is spicy, ginger heat. Spicy finish. Not a fan. sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - SEP 1, 2012
Cloudy, pale, reeks of ginger and tastes dominantly of the same with a spicy ginger finish. Delicious! JohnRMurdoch (4824) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - MAY 7, 2010

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate ginger, soap ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy ginger bitter with a long duration, finish is ginger peppery burn, to much pepper burn IMO. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat.
From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy and pale yellow with no head. Dense ginger spiced aroma, with a bite and slight citric. Solid citrusy to lemonish flavoured along a solid to heavy ginger base flavour. Holds a quite solid bite and pepperish finish. Way too overwhelming for me (despite a lovely aroma), yet certainly the most interesting ginger beer Ive yet come across. My mouth was burning after this one. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 20, 2007
on tap at clockwork. tasted pretty much identical to bad home-brewed ginger beer made from dry ingredients. yellow, faint haze, artificial ginger aroma, some light ginger burn, can’t imagine drinking much of this Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 1, 2007
Headless, cloudy light golden ale. Agressively gingery, limey aroma is sharp and rather pointy. So spicy in mouth that you can barely taste anything, but the culprit ginger. Minimal hints of rooty herbs. Tart and ultimately not very refreshing, which makes the whole endeavour quite pointless. Leaves a lasting spice film that sticks to the gums in the finish. Light-bodied, not pleasant. omhper (24959) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 30, 2007
Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow, no head. Citric gingery nose. Sweet and sour with lots of lemon and lots of ginger. Medium bodied. No bitterness. Like most ginger beers it’s quite aggressive, and doesn’t work as a quencher. Ungstrup (37216) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2007
Drat at the brewpub. A hazy yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of ginger, but also a light spicy note - of other spices than ginger. The flavor is sweet with very strong notes of ginger - too much for me, though I usually like ginger beers, and also very spicy.
