On tap @ Cloudburst. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with thin lacy white head. Aroma is light pale malt and big citrus and lemony hops. Taste is clean lightly sweet malt which is quickly cut by those big juicy hops. Rich fresh citrus hop notes dominate the finish, which is otherwise clean. Great IPA.

Hazy, milky banana color with a ring of head. Feint hopped nose, with a slight citrusy presence. The body is orange screwdriver buzziness with a touch of cattiness. Fairly balanced, but there’s a boozyness to it that is more discernable than the actual hops.

Cask at Brouwer’s. Soapy head, cask carbonation. Warm fruity citrus, orange and something vaguely tropical. Great hop development and very tasty.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. Pours a cloudy tang color with a rocky foam head. Ton of lacing here. Huge grapefruit citrus aroma, which is the start of everything I love about IPA’s. Throw some grapefruit in there, and it’s awesome. I don’t eat grapefruit ever, because I never cared for it, but put it in a beer, and it’s a whole new story. My favorite feature in an IPA for sure. Grapefruit comes through dominant in the flavor as well. Nice citrus. Great hop character. I feel like someday, Cloudburst will be a household name in this industry. They got something special going. I guess they do have plenty of experience to back them up. Fantastic IPA to say the least.

Draft at SB. Pours a hazy medium gold with a dense and creamy white head that sticks around for quite a while. Bright sweet tangy nose, lots of oranges and nectarines and pineapple, plus a bit of grapefruit. Creamy, chewy medium body with moderate carb. Lightly toasted caramel with some fruits showing--oranges, grapefruits, pineapple--on the mid palate. Long fruity finish, never cloying, quite refreshing. This is a big chewy IPA but one you can repeat quite often. Nice beer.

Draft at chucks. Hazed wheaty golden with ample tight white head. Pale malt, pineapple and piney hops that aren’t over the top. Little bit of body with tight carbonation. Balanced hop profile, slightly sweet and tropical with ample bitterness throughout. Pale malt is only a supporter and stands in the background. Solid beer.

Nose of floral and grapefruit hops with a little bread wheat hay kind of stuff. Clean crisp pleasant. Hazy golden orange nice head lace. Flavors are floral and citrusy a little perfumey, chewy dank. Citrus finish. Drinkable balanced good. Better than Lawson's sip of sunshine.

Draft at Chuck’s. Hazy pale pour. Small head. Loads of juicy citrus, backed by weed and a lean crackery malt bill. Light sweetness, lasting citrus-laden bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: damned fine IPA.
