UPDATED: SEP 1, 2017 Can from Epicurean, Didsbury. Well chilled. Pours cloudy, beautiful light golden ochre colour. White fine foamy head that holds well. I think it looks great in the glass. Tropical and grassy notes on the nose, quite subtle it appetizing. Lovely thick creamy mouthfeel, wonderful hit of tropical fruits tempered and balanced really well by the background hop profile. Wonderful refreshing finish. This is a really excellent beer.

500ml can served in a pint glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow to beige color forming a medium white head with low retention that forms few spotty lacings in the glass. Nose is fruity and refreshing. Strong notes of sweet pale malts and tropical fruits. Mango, pineapple, passion fruit and grapefruit. Lemon zest, pine and grass. Hints of resin. Slightly sweet upfront taste. Again, strong notes of sweet pale malts and tropical fruits. Again, strong notes of mango, pineapple, passion fruit and grapefruit. Medium bitterness. In overall, a sweet taste. Lemon zest, pine and grass finish. Medium body and carbonation. Juicy. Mango, pineapple and pine in the aftertaste. Great drinkability. Absolutely great Pale Ale that could be easily called an IPA.
