Slightly cloudy Amber ale, lovely fruity aroma it has a n undertone that is difficult to describe, a delicious bready whiff. There is Orange fruitiness and a pronounced malty base, and a dry well hopped finish. Beautifully crafted and wonderfully subtle.

Bottle at home, from Beer Gonzo, 21/09/15. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent egg shell white covering that retains well. Nose is tangerine, straw, mandarin, bitter orange, light bread, earthy hop. Taste comprises orange pith, pine, sharp citric peel, Mandarin, light apricot, pink grapefruit. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close peppered with juicy hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

DruncanVeasey (8683) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 21, 2015
Bottle from Gonzo, presumably. Stupendous aroma of...well, Rubicon, spearmint, strawberry chew, hairy green stems, coconut, satsuma. Fine moussed, burnished and softly humming with the pleasures of The Hop. Silken tropical taste like flat Lilt bittered with tonic, soapy flowers, almost lavender, slivers of mango, deep and lingering pale nut finish. Cask-like mouthfeel. Top stuff.

Matthieuk (8) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2015 does not count
Fresh, balanced, tropical. Lovely if somewhat standard ipa from brewer formerly of marble.
