Caramel, decent hops. It jsut doesn’t really jump out in any way shape or form. Cybercat (5741) - Georgia, USA - FEB 5, 2013
Comes out of the bottle a clear dark sepia with a fairly thick and persistent light tan head. Malty aroma has a strong overtone of caramel and apple, and is fairly sweet. Robust flavor has strong fruity and caramel notes plus a surprising hoppy tone and a subtle undertone of malt. Caramel sweetness nicely balances the hoppy bitterness. Firm, smooth, slightly syrupy texture leaves a sweet, fruity, hoppy finish and a persistent tingle. Geoff Dale, you’ve got my vote in 2016! ;) Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Bottle from Mom's Liquor Cabinet. Brown pour pour with a tan head. Aroma is a piece of burned toast. Taste is more burn, toasted caramel, and bad spice. Cavie (4654) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Bottle courtesy....yes. Pours a murky reddish brown color with a beige head. Aroma is wet wood, sugary notes, and malts. Pretty good. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 29, 2013
(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) clear rich copper, soapy white bubbles. Nose of rich caramel, honey, light pine, herbal. Taste of caramel, malty, roasted nuts, light bitter pine quality, medium thick oily body.

Rich and thicker with lots of malts and hop and strong bitterness. The overall flavor is highly extraordinary. A winner all the way

The aroma is hoppy with pine and sweet caramel malt. The appearance is amber with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall a nice beer but nothing about it stands out. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 10, 2013
22oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours brown/ruby with a lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of caramel malts, some dough and toffee and oats, plus a good amount of floral and citrusy hops. Flavor about the same with hints of alcohol. Average to smooth texture. A pretty interesting beer. Ratman197 (14680) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JAN 3, 2013
Bomber poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, orange zest, pine, grapefruit and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, toffee, earthiness, orange zest, pine and grapefruit with a smooth moderatly bitter lingering carmel finish. thehinge (292) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Amber pour with a small white head. Has a grain like aroma to it. Sweet front end with raisin, fruit flavors. Bitter hop finish. Very nice.....I’d buy this again.
