Quite the pour, viscous and jet black with a very dark brown head. Intense Aroma if charred malts, charred coffee, loads of smoke and soy with some strong pine resin and hints if over ripe fruit. Viscous, oily mouth feel with a soft, yet bubbly carb. Intense bitter finish, strong, astringent resinous hope flavour, and a long lasting, strong coffee, charred malt. Quite the big beer alcohol is hidden well, a real sipper. GenDV138 (7284) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - SEP 11, 2016

RBESG in Barcelona. Shared bottle at BrewDog bar. Russian imperial stout, 12.5%. Pitch black colour, tan head. Roasty aroma and flavour, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and oak. Well hopped, some smoke. Slightly warming mouthfeel, but dangerously easy drinking for its strength. Excellent beer. Cajun (534) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - JUL 23, 2016
