An excellent Imperial IPA; everything I look for in this kind of beer. Very bitter but balanced nicely with the slightly sweet malt. Big frothy white head. Clean finish. Very good beer.

Bottle at home watching some straight to in demand Bruce Willis movie. Deep orange pour one finger head. Nose is malty and some citrus. Tastes of malt, caramel, oranges, pineapple, dough, plenty piney and earthy. Fuller bodied. Fairly bitter and touch of sweetness

12 oz bottle from Growlers to Go, Short Pump, VA the ale poured a cloudy amber color with BIG frothy head, lacing and good retention. Aroma of bread dough and floral hops. The taste has pineapple combined with some citrus like flavors. This is a complex ale with other tastes contributing to the overall experience like honey and caramel malts. The ale has a medium body with average-fizzy carbonation. Elevated alcohol and bold bitterness make this a memorable mouthful.

Murky dark amber pour with lively white head. Subtle fresh hop aroma. Bitter bite up front followed by nice solid fresh citrus hoppiness. Its got a full mouth feel, yet light and refreshing. This is way better half-way through than I thought it would be at that first bitter sip. I really like this one a lot.

bottle - Pours light amber and has a fruity, resinous aroma. The flavor is of course big on the hops bitterness. Its loaded with fruit character as tropical and citrus flavors come through nicely. Thats joined by some resin notes and a solid malt backbone. Very good.

Bottle to shaker. Clear honey amber in the glass. Fine off white head. Nose is a little lacking until you take a bite. Big sweet hop married to a tight lightly roasted grain bill. Smooth in mouth. Little sticky sweetness. Warming. Yummy. Deceptive for the a/v.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and lightly sweetis aroma, some caramel and light - some tropical fruitiness, light - some grapefruit/light citrus hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light - some caramel and tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit/citrus hoppyness, faint alcohol. Finish is average, malty and dryish - lightly sweetish, light caramel and fruitiness, some citrus - light grapefruit hoppyness, faint - light alcohol. IIPA with caramel - could use more fruitiness (and bitterness).

Lekker bitterhet i avslutningen. En sann fornyelse fra frste til siste drpe.
