Bottle from pikapp327. Medium orange pour with an off-white head. Aroma is very dank, almost toffee, woody, and sweet. Taste is leather, bitter, a little wood, spice, and a strange finish that just lingers around until I can’t decide whether I love it or hate it. Bomber to a pint glass. Pours a hazy orange/amber. Fairly limited, soapy head. Lot of grass/grain on the nose with some citrus. Artwork on the logo is more memorable than the beer...but a solid IPA. SPDickerman (1239) - Texas, USA - JAN 26, 2012
Pours clear dark orange with beige fizz. Smells hoppy, mild pine, hints of grapefruit and flowers. Taste is incredibly bitter, that really sums it up; this is essentially an imperial IPA; there are hints of malt sweetness underneath, but primarily and intensely bitter. Full bodied with a slick texture and decent mouth-carbonation, Clown Shoes Supa Hero finishes with a strong lasting bitterness. jmohno (1619) - Iowa, USA - JAN 23, 2012

Pours a rich, deep; cheddar orange with a nose of grapefruit, orange rind, and pine. Flavor follows suit. Simply lustrious on the tongue. Recommended IPA.
Deep amber with a thick cream colored head. Nose is grass, citrus, bitter, light earth, and sweet. Thick palate, chewy hops, followed by resin, pine, earth, and spice. thornecb (5915) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 9, 2012
Pours clear deep gold into a Sam glass. Off-white conglomerate head recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Caramel, pine and grapefruit aromas. Thick with sweet toffee upfront turning dry in the lasting sweetened grapefruit finish. MaBeer1972 (2059) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JAN 8, 2012
A light-medium amber brew. Big frothy head out of the bottle. Nice floral hop aromas. Flavor is super hoppy, with a bit of nutty malts. Very bitter on the backside. Some bitter grapefruit and evergreen notes. Light lingering sweetness, but otherwise very bittering. 8 percent is well hidden.
