COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this special version of Blaecorn Unidragon using dark malts sourced from Texas, attitude sourced from the burning pit of a bad tempered spirit, and righteous fury from the hand cannons of The Good. As you sit down to a glass, remember, there are two types of people: those who drink unidragons and those whose ashes drift in the breeze. Sold exclusively in Texas.

Two Clown Shoes ratings in two days, has to be a personal record. This 22 oz bomber was purchased at the neighborhood HEB a few weeks ago at a reasonable price. A cold snap outdoors makes this a good day to try an imperial stout. The top is lifted and I make a pour into my Buffalo Bayou snifter. I see a viscous, raven black liquid supported by a fleeting dark tan head. I find a nose of malt, toffee and a hint of charcoal.Time for a drink. Yessir, that is pretty fine. Semisweet chocolate, sorghum syrup, pecan, just a touch of caramel sweetness, all capped by a long lasting bitterness. One to be lingered over. I know it is 14% ABV but I do not notice it. Buy another and put it away for who knows what.

Maybe 3 years in the closet. A sweet and subtle kind of thin impy stout. Definitely packs a punch although the alcohol is pretty well hidden. Lots of chocolate and coco at this point. Smooth milk chocolate big bodied flavors. Touch of vanilla.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 22 oz bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the Dutch's crew (I have had this on draft as well). Pours a dark cola brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have dark roasted malts, smoked wood, chocolate, coffee, molasses, earthy bitterness, ash, I'm usually a fan of their stouts and this is no different, a big imperial stout but still very drinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2017 Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted chocolate malt, earthy dark and alcohol aroma. Medium to heavy toasted dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy dark sweet and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

Pours dark brown/black with very limited lacing. Taste is dry coffee. I drink the unidragon! It has a lot of smoke and is very good! Here’s to Texas!

Draft at the source. From notes. Pours nearly black with a light brown head. Aroma is heavy roast, molasses. Flavor follows. Molasses, a bit of licorice, smoke. Very nice full mouthfeel and the alcohol is well hidden at 14%.

Bottle. Pours opaque black, small tan head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, molasses, light smoke, ashtray, whiskey - perhaps scotch. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, roasty and kinda boozy with light smoke. Medium plus body, lingering bitterness. Xolid, not really Zeszty at all.

Mighty stout. Another great example of this brewery’s craft. Roasted and toasted malts with chocolate, wood, booze and bitter. Great dark and oily color. Full body and smooth.
