COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this special version of Blaecorn Unidragon using dark malts sourced from Texas, attitude sourced from the burning pit of a bad tempered spirit, and righteous fury from the hand cannons of The Good. As you sit down to a glass, remember, there are two types of people: those who drink unidragons and those whose ashes drift in the breeze. Sold exclusively in Texas.

Pours dark brown/black with very limited lacing. Taste is dry coffee. I drink the unidragon! It has a lot of smoke and is very good! Here’s to Texas!

Draft at the source. From notes. Pours nearly black with a light brown head. Aroma is heavy roast, molasses. Flavor follows. Molasses, a bit of licorice, smoke. Very nice full mouthfeel and the alcohol is well hidden at 14%.

Bottle. Pours opaque black, small tan head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, molasses, light smoke, ashtray, whiskey - perhaps scotch. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, roasty and kinda boozy with light smoke. Medium plus body, lingering bitterness. Xolid, not really Zeszty at all.

Mighty stout. Another great example of this brewery’s craft. Roasted and toasted malts with chocolate, wood, booze and bitter. Great dark and oily color. Full body and smooth.

Pours opaque coffee brown with a nice tan head. Aroma features syrupy, roast malt, caramel, and subtle mocha notes. Flavor delivers caramel, coffee, roast malt, chocolate and maple syrup-ish tones. Mouthfeel features firm body and solid tingle. Big as Texas - and if I may brag, I drove across Texas in one day back in July of 2016. In a Ford Focus.

Bottke shared by Brian, thanks! Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pest but mainly dark grains and roasted malts. Flavor has light peat and roasted malts with sweet dark grains backing.

Black. Heavy roast, sweet, some char flavor and coffee. Yeast common to the brewery. Solid imperial stout.

Dark black pour and a slightly get tan head. Lots of roasted malts in the nose and taste. Peaty? Fine.
