COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like a stamp on a tramp, this beer is about not so subtle seduction. Soft but complex malts, Chambly yeast, sweet orange peel, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops have merged to create a bodacious Belgian IPA.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, huge lively head. Generous aroma of marzipan and spicy elderflowers. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Peppery and vinous with really heavy yeasty marzipan character. Buckwheat and grains, elderflowers and citrus ahead of a drying peppery finish with brandy warmth and some resinous bitterness. Chaotic or complex, can’t decide. Kinda fun.

Bottled at Cask Pub and Kitchen, London. Clear amber, rich firm head. Tangerine aroma. Sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and slight grapefruit hops. Long bitter finish. After all the fuzz this beer has created I would have expected a flattish lifeless beer supported only by a clever marketing scheme. I am glad to realize my assumpion were incorrect - this is a pleasant, laid back Belgo IPA.

Hazy amber beer, decent off white head. Semi dry and crispy palate. Mild orange marmalade hops. Lots of seltzerish minerals. Light dry finish. That’s it! Pretty drinkable!
