33cl bottle pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a thin nearly bright white head. The modest aroma comes across a little sweet and corn like (and I dont have a problem with that) as well as a little bready. Im not picking up any hops at this point. A few more pulls bring up a bit of a metallic aroma toward the end of the draw. The taste starts sweet and builds into corn and bread and then a dash of floral hops before some mild apple to pear like fruity esters are noticed. This is not too offensive and ends pretty neutral with minimal after taste. Not something I will buy again but trying it once was fun.

Erzengel (8172) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - NOV 11, 2013
Pale golden in the glass, malty-grainy nose. The beer starts mild-watery. Lager-typical. The mainpart is a bit malty, slightly metallic, some kind of unround. The aftertaste is long, a bit watery, malty, grainyand slightly sweet

Bottle from grocery with exotic food and drink, Vienna. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malts and corn. taste, is strongly metallic which kills other flavors. Bad.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2007 350ml bottle. Well, obviously I dont know beer, because Id never heard of this. Bright gold body with a bubble bath head that fizzes out quickly but leaves some intriguing mould-like clumps behind. Fruity, slightly vinous malty aroma and smooth-ish malty palate with some not displeasing breadiness. Quite chewy for the style. Which is so-so S.American lager beer with some plisenerish dryness in the finish. Zzz.

Theres very little difference between the three big Colombian lager brands. Ok cold, the first one is better than the subsequent ones, and they all start to sour pretty quickly. Had this on a patio in Medellin.

Numerous 12oz bottles in Bogota. Pours a clear gold with some lightly lacing white head. Nose is what you expect, straw, some yeast, a little stale malt, mild lemon. Flavor follows right along, mild cracker, white flour, straw, faint lemon. Watery finish.

Pleasantly surprised - expected another skunky Corona knockoff thanks in part to the painted clear bottle and the locale of the brewery. Kind of a biscuity-malty aroma; appearance was slightly cloudy and an unappealling yellow. Thick mouthfeel which held itself up throughout. Interesting flavor - slightly yeasty, with a good malty undertone. Overall, color me impressed and chalk up another country and the 10th rating of this beer - make or break?

11.2oz bottle. Pours a sad, pale yellow color, no head. No real fizzy carbonation immediately. Light candy, not too sweet. some light corn. Very boring.

Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 11, 2007
Bottled on 10/12/06. Poured a clear, bright orange/golden with a short well-retained white head and lots of rising carbonation. Aroma was of sweet pale malts with a very pleasant (yet artificial feeling) orange presence. Sweet oranges and grains in the flavor with mild medicinal off-notes.. dry and sweet finish. Light-bodied and quite sweet.. didnt enjoy the sharper notes at the finish.

Small white head. Clear pale yellow body. Light sugary aroma. Dry-sweet sugary wet grass taste with oily unclean compost notes. Mid-to-thin body. Dryish unclean rooten grass afertaste with flour notes. Awful. (0.33l bottle from a colleague.)
