Bottled. Aroma has yeast, citrus, caramel. hazy, yellow-orange coloured with an off-white head. The taste is sweet, has yeast, caramel, some fruits. Christos (5885) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JUN 22, 2014
Stubby bottle, 330 ml. Poured into a tulip glass at home. ABV 7%
Clear body, deep orange golden in colour. Tall off-white head, thick with very good retention.Medium lacing left behind.
Weirdly nice aroma, fruity, some bananas but processed-like an not the actual fruit, sugar, some dough. Now that I am thinking about it the smell I was looking for is banana bread but a quite sweet one.
Taste is also fruity but more complex, again banana bread, along with peaches, hops, sugar, light yeast, light wine notes, with a mild but satisfying bitterness on the aftertaste.
Medium thin body, carbonatiion is a bit high but still on good levels.
Overall very surprised by tis one, it was dirt cheap and sitting on the shelf along other more mediocre beers so I was expecting yet one of the sae but it really surpassed my expectations. BoBoChamp (5755) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 29, 2008
33cl, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex, yet easy to drink, cloudy, rocky head, good brew Alengrin (5639) - BELGIUM - AUG 10, 2014
Hobby brew commercialized through ’Proef’, the creator from Evergem near Ghent now has his own beer company, but no commercial brewery (yet). Medium stable, off-white head, peach blonde colour with orange hue, misty. Aroma of orange, ripe pear, coriander, some grassy and herbal hoppiness. Fruity taste with spicy notes, bit yeasty, caramel maltiness, herbal hoppy finish. Well-balanced and correct but not much of a personality among its peers. MarcoDL (5321) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 13, 2013
Standard Belgian blond beer. I think this is mostly brewed so that the Cluyesenaer bar has its own beer.

Bottle at het waterhuis Aan de Bierkant, Gent. hazy amber with a rich, fluffy head that left nice lacing.Coriander and spicy hops aroma. Sweet flavours with good bitterness as well as spiciness (coriander). Medium mouthfeel. Very similar to their Gandavum housebeer, but darker. A well-made and very nice beer. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 29, 2010
Bottle from Bierkoning. Pours a slight hazed light amber with a nice good big off white head and good lace. Aroma is earthy zesty orange and mango citrus with a little earthy hint, some toffee malts, leather and musty hops. Flavor is light toasted malts, and has a slight weed- marijuana herbal kick to it in the aroma and flavor, some cracker cereal maltiness with lgiht caramel sweetness, then a citrus tart light finish with some mineral and earthy hops in the end. Good stuff! oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 4, 2011
