Bottle at het waterhuis Aan de Bierkant, Gent. hazy amber with a rich, fluffy head that left nice lacing.Coriander and spicy hops aroma. Sweet flavours with good bitterness as well as spiciness (coriander). Medium mouthfeel. Very similar to their Gandavum housebeer, but darker. A well-made and very nice beer. jbrus (4989) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2009

Strong citrus and malty aroma. Clear, yellow colour, nice white head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, citrus, light malty, well hopped. Full bodied, flavourful, well balanced, straightforward.

Copper-red beer.Nice hoppy citrus aroma. Also coriander noticable. Flavour is nicely balanced. Again coriander and citrus but nothin overwhelming. A very nice beer indeed.

(Bottled) Hazy golden with a medium, firm head. Grainy-pale-malty aroma with some honey sweetness. Pale, sweetish malt with herby hops and honey hints in the flavor. Fruitiness comes up with yeast. Medium-bodied, quite carbonated but smooth palate. A quite balanced blonde on the sweeter, fruitiier side. Not far from tripel. SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - FEB 23, 2011

33 cl. bottle sampled @ Trollekelder in Gent. BBF 27/06/2015. Hazy orange with a white head. Nose is sweet oranges, thick BE yeast, candy sugar, lightly hoppy. Taste is lots of candy sugar, caramel, very sweet BE yeast, lots of caramel malts, sweet spices & sweet orange peel, faint hops. Touch higher carb. Not a bad brew within style. Hazy, amber color and a large, thin, off-white head of poor retention. Aroma is very yeasty and spicy, floral and fruity esters feature prominently as well. Taste is sweet, fruity, floral, a tad spicy too - it looses its yeasty character to an extent to be replaced by esters. A medium body, a somewhat creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and weaker than could be expected. Overall the brew is decent and quite drinkable. Would not mind having it more often.
