0,25 pullo @ OPP. Sameahko punertavan meripihkan ruskea. Tuoksussa raikasta ja hapanta mallasta, makean hedelmän vivahteita, hapanta omenaa ja viininmarjoja. Maussa siidermäistä happamuutta, omenaa, päärynää, mallas tuntuu lopussa pehmeänä. Onpa kiva!

Kavu (4793) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 22, 2015

Found back quite some tasting notes, among them, this one. Aged sample thx to Joris! APPEARANCE: clear dark red/brown beer, small stable head. NOSE: somewhat sweet, some oak, cherries, pleasant. TASTE: quite sweet, oak, cherries, little sour, nice.

Bierridder_S (937) - BELGIUM - DEC 12, 2014
11/12/2014 25 cl bottle from Brewery @home Clear reddish colour, sparkling , no head. Aroma : sourness, red fruits. Taste : Sour red fruits, metallic touch, thin, dry at the end. They should mix the brown with a higher % of the Kriek of their cellars. Than it could be really nice.

Rasmus40 (20649) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 27, 2014

Bottle. Thanks Ajax! Murky deep brown liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of brown sugar, cherries, light wood, light lacto and murky leaves. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with notes of cherries, raw sugar and light wood. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Meh. Unnecessarily sweet.

kraddel (8130) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - AUG 31, 2014
at beerweekend de lambiekstoempers 2014. Pours clear , redbrown/caramelish . No head. Smell is sweet , funky ( FOB style ) , bit dry , some wood , some ’glue ’ . Nice, but too sweet .

Alengrin (5369) - BELGIUM - AUG 10, 2014
Blend of their regular oud bruin with their kriek, which they make only once a year in very limited edition and named after the buffalo statue in their garden which refers to the liberators of the first World War. Almost no head, colour bronze with reddish hue, misty. Aroma of sour cherries, chocolate, sour cream, hay, strawberry, passion fruit. Estery fruity taste mixed with a genuine presence of sour cherries, subdued oud bruin character with soft malt sweetness, thin and almost watery body, dryish finish because of the sourness of the cherries. I like their normal oud bruin better.
