Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A clear pale amber colour with a foamy off white head. Aroma of orange, some soapy lemon, slight red berries, a little ester and subtle toasted malts. Taste of orange, some soapy lemon, more ester, a little nuttiness, slight toasted malts and subtle floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A estery, slightly floral hop bitterness in the finish. Extremely average, lots of fruity esters and subtle citrus. Coach House do better tasting beers than this. dogbomb (1253) - ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2015
Cask. Orange gold ale with a thick white bubbly head. Nose is light marmalade with a slight malt. Taste is also light marmalade. Finish is light bitterness and marmalades. Tasty enough but boring. redders1974 (1624) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2015
Thinsh head lightish bitter colour quote dry finish quite like this bitter does what it says on the tin. SarkyNorthener (4847) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2015
Bottle from tesco, walsall. Golden amber beer with small head. Aroma of pale malts and berries. Taste is pale malts, fruity and caramel. Ok beer. McWorta (1633) - LUXEMBOURG - MAY 11, 2014
Darl golden nearly crystal clear golden coloured beer with a small fading white head. This beer offers on the nosing rather interesting aromas of lightly roasted whitebread/ciabatta and sweet malty wort extract. Flavour notes develop those aromas further offering some rather sweet notes medium bodied and a light soft texture. The finish is bready and average but all in good balance.

Light golden beer, subtle hints of pine, but a big too soapy, tim and bland for me. Feels a bit watered down, very low carbonation, quickly disappearing head.

For the sake of the social interaction just numeral ratings and/or some highlighted attributes. Quite mediocre golden ale towards to the malty side of the style. dutchbeerpages (2439) - Wilnis, NETHERLANDS - AUG 31, 2013
uneventful beer with a honey/piney finish and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Somewhat too smooth to drink. Bit too sweet. BOBBDrinker (67) - - MAY 10, 2013
A slightly malty aroma with subtle hints of honey which are not amplified in the beer itself. A deep clear amber ale with a slightly malty taste however the strength of the beer does not help the body and it seems very slick and watery which is a shame. .5l bottle from Tesco Chester. Thanks to Kavu.
