"Average brew. Smooth and creamy, but relatively tame and boring as per the style. Vanilla and light citrus hops are the main players with a hint if sweet malt as well." pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 10, 2014
On draught at coalition - pours cloudy orange copper with small sustaining head. Nose of faint hop, floral. Taste is of grassy hop, metallic notes, and bitter finish.

Faint floral hops, really simple and straight forward as it should be with fresh grains dominating the main flavor. The bittering hops are a little more present then usual for the style but overall this is sessionable. tia (2228) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - AUG 22, 2012
Tap.Dark golden with creamy head. Smells a little like flowers growing on top of a landfill. Tastes lightly sweet, a little grainy, and then lightly bitter. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 12, 2012
Bottle:   Labeled as Rooster’s Cream Ale.   Darker straw, a bit fiery, moderate frothy white head, fairly nice lacing.   Soft grassy nose, a touch of husk and straw.   Doesn’t seem like a sweet grassiness.   Straw and hay like on the tongue.   Not too husky, at least not as much as the nose suggested.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean finish, a touch of sweetness emerges, lingering malty straw and hay.   Decent beer.

Interesting - you don’t see many tiny brewpubs carrying a cream ale. I was interested to try it, and was pleased to see that they chose a nice spicy hop to balance out the malt profile. Interesting. TBone (17789) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 12, 2011

Pale amber-yellow color, small white head. Light brewing cereals aroma. Light palate and body. Light pale malty, faint hoppy flavors. Comes and goes.
Cereal mash aroma. Barely hazy, dark straw. Faint noble hop aroma followed by a mashed corn and graininess on the finish. Light body; drinkable blond. This one still has the training wheels on it. troopie (2379) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - OCT 31, 2010
Barman called this a starter ale. Draught Pale yellow colour with a thin head. Little lacing. Light aroma, rather light a pale lager. Light to medium body, Malty flavour. Light bitter finish.
