Bottle brought back by my sister-in-law. Slightly hazy lemon, white head. Nose is grainy malt, lemon, grassy hops. Flavor is light pills malt, grass, solid bitterness, a bit of astringent in the finish.
Can received from AnthonyMacchio. Pours cloudy yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy Pils malt, lightly sweet and corny with light honey notes and light earthy hops. Flavor is crisp Pils malt, lightly sweet with corn and honey malt notes, light earthy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation. ajnepple (6453) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 30, 2016
On tap at Hops & Pie. Gold and pretty clear appearance with a white head. Aroma of bread, grains, light floral hops and a hint of honey. Similar flavor, slightly off in some way. Light body with soft carbonation. An easy drinker overall. tillmac62 (728) - Gaffney, South Carolina, USA - JUL 12, 2016
COD 5/26/16. Golden pour that is crystal clear. World class head volume, lacing and quite outstanding retention.
Outstanding nose of light lemon, pale and biscuit malt, very light floral hops and hints of wheat.
Light medium body that is smooth and a bit slick. Outstanding carbonation / body balance that is mildly effervescent in the middle and prickly in the finish.
The flavor profile is quite outstanding. It begins with a subtly tart weak lemon note that morphs into grainy wheat over subtle biscuit. The middle is slightly sweet and is contrasted with a very subtle floral bitterness. The finish is clean and somewhat crisp. A soft note of honey lingers. tompete (331) - Tillsonburg, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 29, 2016

4 week old can into a stange.
A: Deep gold pour with fast falling head Slow bubbles rising.
S: Smells of green apple, alcohol and light toast.
T: Dry tart taste is mainly hoppy with dry grassy flavor. A little fermented fruit.
M: Medium/light bodied with average level of carbonation and dryish finish.
O: Had high hopes for this but found it fairly average. Smells sort of like cheap wine and it’s not all too refreshing. Kolsch lovers advised to try it though.

Poured can while bar side at "The Ordinary" in Charleston. As expected, thin, mild and easy drinking. Not one of my favorite styles but pretty well done from a stateside brewer. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - DEC 3, 2015
16 oz can at Blossom in Charleston. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head that lasted through the first sip and left no lace. Aroma is malt with notes of yeast. The flavor is husky malt with mild-moderate bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. PorterPounder (7896) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 10, 2015
Shared a 16 oz can with Aurelius - thanks! Hazy, light golden pour, soft snow white head. Lemony touch to the aroma, some grassy hints. Solid Kolsch flavor, some buttery accents, a touch of lemon bitterness, yeasty back end. Aurelius (5294) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 10, 2015
Sweetish, lightly vanilla, protein drop aroma. Tallboy. Foggy straw blonde. Low bittering, graham sweetness, faintly astringent. Medium light body. This is not kolsch. Not sure what it is, not bad. Thanks, LuckyDog. jgb9348 (6198) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - SEP 16, 2015
Crisp pure golden and honey tinted body with a rich, large four centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grain, light malt, rice, crackers, alcohol and some metal notes - not too pleasant. Light-bodied; Strong malt and cracker/biscuit flavour with a mild grassy and floral note and not much else behind. Aftertaste shows a mild sweetness with some honey and fruit and a little floral flavour, but mainly just malt and a hint of metal. Overall, a decent beer, but too meek and mild to be good - just a ho-hum beer and not worth searching out for. I sampled this sixteen ounce can purchased from Charleston Beer Exchange in Charleston, South Carolina on 19-April-2015 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington near the end of Summer on 15-September-2015.
