Bottle during RBWG. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head. The aroma is floral hop and citrus. Thin mouth, nice citrus, light caramel, easy drinking, good. eRock_2013 (501) - South Carolina, USA - JAN 23, 2015
UPDATED: SEP 9, 2017 On tap, pours a copper/amber standard IPA appearance, just a touch of haziness. Aroma of tropical fruit, hop resin, some malt. Features a pleasant tropical hoppiness balanced with toasted maltiness, moderately bitter. More overtly sweet caramel malt comes through after the initial West Coast hop impact. A touch of more earthy hops that detracts from the tropical notes. Refreshing taste overall, and the 7%+ ABV sneaks up on you if you're not expecting it, as it is well hidden in the flavor. Interesting SC IPA, I'd try this again.

Tap. Copper/ruby with frothy offwhite head. Light aroma of citrus and toasted bread. Smells like fresh beer. Flavor is good although a bit disintegrated. Grapefruit and citrus hops on one side and then a prominent toasted malt, wheaty flavor. 7.7% seems unnecessary though undetectable. Would not probably pay $14 for a four pack of 16 oz cans. rajendra82 (1101) - Alpharetta, Georgia, USA - JAN 7, 2015
Andy Warhol inspired label on the can, but instead of Marilyn Monroe faces, it’s a bunch of hop cones. The beer pours out cloudy, amber, and forms a craggy head. The smell is quite an intense mix of juicy fruits like grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, and melon. The taste is also more of the dank, resinous hops, which are tropical in character, but have a little lower bitterness. There is a hit of big spice and earthy herbs in the finish.Body is quite dense, and the alcohol is not attempted to be hidden much. I picked up a four pack of this during a visit to Charleston. I hope they expand distribution to Atlanta area soon, because my first impression of this offering is quite good. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - JAN 2, 2015
16 oz. can from my secret santa. Pours a reddish amber with a small off white head, nice lacing, decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, floral notes, and sweet malts. Flavor is bitter, with mild malty sweetness. Pretty nice and easy to drink. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Certainly one of the better organic IPAs i’ve ever had. Bottle. Pour is light orange/yellow with a medium white head. Notes of strong floral, light caramel sweetness, pale malt, and slight citrus. Great balance in the body/finish. Christpuncher (3191) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 27, 2014
Smells like weed and tasted super hoppy piney and slightly citrus. Pours orange in color withnh sediment floating everywhere. White thin head. Had a bomber pour at my home in South Carolina.
