Very fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and fruity pineapple flavour. A little dryness in a crisp and bitter lasting finish. beerman007 (8) - Mountian View, California, USA - JUL 16, 2008 does not count
Mediocre microbrew, not the worst I’ve tasted but with so much good stuff out there this one comes up short! This might do well in a beer challenged regional area. marcus (10227) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 14, 2008
Whoa - the cap blew off when I popped it. Just missed my head. This beer is amber with a huge off-white head. It looks good, but tastes sort of skunky. There is a fairly heavy malt base with some bitterness at the finish. bhensonb (15194) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 24, 2008
12 oz bottle from BevMo (house beer?). Slightly hazy amber color with a flat white head. Floral or citrus hop (light) with some malt background. Near medium body with carbonation that prickles. Seems slightly gummy. It’s a bit short on ingredients, but finishes ok (bitter). Might be a bit overpriced for the flavor level, but it’s not a bad thing. 12oz bottle from BevMo. Just like the Amber, this one was like a watery version of Sierra Nevada. A lightly hopped nose with a watery/ slightly bitter finish.

um. I just drank a pretty good pale ale so this one just smells like burnt pasta and tastes like heffferveitzen

Average pale ale. Pours amber with a small head. Typical malt and hop profile for this genre. Nothing in the taste. Dull and flat. barleyPops (1142) - Quad-Cities, Illinois, USA - AUG 9, 2006
thanks to Saarlander for the 12 oz. bottle. pours a rather dull amber gold with a fast fading head. very mild aroma and flavor of some caramel malt and grassy hops. dry crisp finish is nice, but overall just so-so. redave (166) - squaw valley, California, USA - JUL 30, 2006
Cheap 12 pack box of 12 oz bottles at BevMo, Fresno. So... low expectations, that were met with surprise. Pours a darkish amber orange. [English style?] Aroma was light, but not bad smelling. Nice creamy head that lasted about half way down [slow drinking] Taste was OK, malty with some hops. Not too bad for a summer beer, I’m thinking. Not sure about it’s true origins, some speculation that it’s contract brewed?
For the price, it’s not bad. winegarner (220) - san diego, California, USA - APR 16, 2006
Kegged, poured a clear amber with a thick, very long lasting head. Very full bodied with a stong malty sweetness. Mild bitterness and hop flavor that is dominated by crystal malt flavor and residual sugars. Not impressive but palatable.
