Taste is malt, bread, caramel, potato.

From Hiper Oriente. Playing Extreme Forklifting 2. In Teku glass. Flat. Didnt find much potato flavors nor sweetness, just light amberish caramel notes and a lagerish feel. Boring and a bit industrialish crossovert (14006) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 1, 2017
333ml embossed bottle. Pours an amber red. Flavor carries some sweet potato, but has autolyzed yeastiness as you finish.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2017 355ml bottle. Pours a muddish amber with a thin beige head. Aroma: biscuity malt, kumara, earthy notes. Taste: caramel, kumara, mild citrus, mild toffee flavours. Thin body. Moderate sweetness. Mild carbonation. A nice beer. Easy enough to drink, but a bit too thin and weak flavoured for my liking. NallePalle (715) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 14, 2017
Bottle, 33 cl, giappo sushibar, Naples Airport. Overall pleasant, nice appearance; the sweet potato balances well the ABV, does not feel that boozy. Reminds somewhat of an English strong ale. anstei (2664) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - AUG 7, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear brown. Aroma is sweet potato, toasted malts. Body is heavy and sweet, sugar and sweet potato. Maltose. Good carbonation, clearly an amber too. Quite good. mcberko (19173) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 19, 2017
On tap at CRAFT Sukhumvit, pours a hazy chestnut brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out plenty of earthiness from the sweet potatoes, along with soft toffee and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, light sweet potatoes, and earth. Novelty beer - it’s not overly pleasant. the_beergery (147) - - JUN 21, 2017
Surprisingly tasty! Poured from a 333 ml bottle, it appears dark amber-brown with some froth which does not retain well. Aromas are very much like a Belgian ale, malt, molasses, caramel. Taste is rich, sweet and thick, again very much like a Belgian dubbel, with a medium body and rather creamy mouthfeel. While classified as a happoshu (Japanese low malt beer), the sweet potato imparts its smooth, rich character, making this a unique brew.
