Bière à la patate douce. Peu de mousse, douce et belle amertume à la fois, Complexe avec une jolie transformation en bouche. Très originale, fait une très bonne bière pour les saisons froides notamment. J’aime beaucoup..

Bottle from King&Godfree. Nice beer, very malty, with a distinctive nose. Aromas of caramel, earth, and alcohol. Taste is sweet, with very light sourness, and average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a disappearing head.

Bouteille achetée chez Intercaves. Belle surprise que cette bière à la patate douce. Une belle rondeur agrémentée de notes de vin cuits. On s’oriente vers du vieux vin très liquoreux. A découvrir !

Aroma- malt beverage, roasty sweet potato, potato skin, Appearance- beautiful clear crimson red. Taste- Big malty, sweet, roasty sweet potato, Palate- slight bitter, slick. Overall- I think this beer is getting a bum rap. But then again I see there are not to many fans of sweet potato, pumpkin and yam beers. I am not really into lagers but when I saw this had sweet potato I grabbed it. Kind of like an imperial malty Sam Adams with sweet potato.

Red pour, off white head. Aroma is a malt bomb. Lots of sweet toffee, caramel, maybe a hint of the sweet potato. Flavor is sweet, thick and incredibly malty. Not half bad.

Bottle. My first from this brewery. Clear and pored with no head. Slightly sweet with some roasted maltiness.. Unusual without being outlandish. Probably my first beer that has been produced using sweet potato.

I really liked this despite the average low rating. Hints of sweet potato and herbs with an earthy essence. Nice color and medium weight. Easy to drink.

Not sure why this is labeled as a "Premium Lager" on the label; seeing as this is no mere lager...this is a Premium beer however. Dark and malty and rich with a buttery smoothness and a caramel taste. Really bold and refreshing and round. More like an Alt. Highly enjoyable.

Sweet caramel on the nose with caramelized figs and pitted fruits. Pours very dark red with an off white head. Caramel with figs and dates upfront with slight hints of a toasted malts. Very nice.

Bottle. Beautiful ruby amber color. Aroma of subtle cinnamon toast. Taste is sweet fruitcake and brown bread.
