zapach chmielowy, ziołowy, ale też lekko kwaśny. kolor złoty, lekko zmętniony, piana trwała, ale niezbyt obfita. w smaku spora, długa goryczka przypominająca pomieszanie grapefruita z ziołami, niska pełnia, lekko kwaśne. Beerhunter111 (22268) - P´Castle, GERMANY - APR 24, 2014
Goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geuch malzig, grasig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack leicht hopfig, grasig, blumig. PotjeBier (3634) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - APR 21, 2014
33 cl can, souvenir from Japan trip. Pale golden color, somewhat cloudy. Aroma’s are grain, malt and light fruit. Flavor is light malty sweet, somewhat fruity and faint bitterness. Light bodied, not too thin. Finishes with a light bitterness and something weird, off. Meh. Idiosynkrasie (7858) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 14, 2014
333ml bottle. Cloudy, yellowish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly floral and fruity aroma, a touch of orange and lemon zest, some straw. Taste is herbal, fruity, a peppery touch, minimally bitter and strawy. Strange for a Pilsener, nevertheless quite interesting. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 2, 2014

>> Pours a clear, deeper golden with impressive white foam, very nice lacing and retention lets you know this one is actually hoppy. Nose delivers a very fresh, floral blossom note, pomelo. Taste is a bit bland but super clean profile with no sugar and mild hop bite that grows into fairly solid white pepper and grapefruit peel by the end of the glass that solidifies this beer as being well made, refreshing, and clearly in the right for claiming Pilsner, a style I guard with passion.
>!< Could be more assertive bitterness wise
Hazy yellow. No head to remember. Aroma is a little fruity like a.hefe. taste is lots of.straw some banana, and yeast. Tastes like a pils cold but a hefe as it warms. I want to say its better, but just above better than average. DuffMan (10612) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 24, 2014
Bottle, shared with Parksy. Hazy medium gold with an average white head. Aroma and flavour are pale malts, quite chewy with a brewer’s cereal feel and flavour. Barely any hop presence. Unsure of the age on this bottle, but as a pils this is a dud. omhper (25568) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 13, 2014
Bottled at Narita Airport. Clear yellow, small head. Rich grassy hop aroma. Mid dry with medium body and firm mouthfeek. Grassy salty with distinct bitterness. Solid pils. petewhitley (570) - Nagoya, JAPAN - NOV 17, 2013

0,35 l can. I have had some Coede beers before, probably also this one - but somehow they have felt quite ordinary. This time did proper tasting with aroma glass :)
This is supposed to be "Japanese style pilsener". Considering that al major brews in Japan are pilseners, it would be difficult to stand out for this one. Appearance is nice though, yellowish pale, with dissipating top. Aroma is the biggest surprise - it is actually very nice, somewhat sweet with some mango and banana. Taste is smooth, some soft fruit tones give way for mouth-filling bitterness. Not too much of hop aromas / tastes flying around but you can definitely feel some hop bitterness. Aftertaste is quite classic, dry, some remaining bitterness. Overall nice pilsener - although in these days I am more into "bigger" beers, this is a nice take on the style.
