COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Chokoladebrun l med fyldigt og cremet skum. Den er brygget p hele seks forskellige malttyper, heriblandt chokolademalt, der tilfrer duften af mrk chokolade og kaffe, og som i skn forening med rgmaltens milde rgsmag giver en nje afbalanceret eftersmag. Brooklyn Fall kan nydes alene eller til krydrede retter, hvor den milde rgsmag er et godt modspil til den kraftige ret. Ligeledes kan den nydes til carpaccio eller til et veldkket ostebord.

(bottle) deep brown colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of smoked ham and bonfire ash, with a light touch of watermelon, some sugar icing and brown sugar. flavour is mostly the same, lots of smoked ham and fatty pork belly, with a hint of chocolate icing, some roasted malts and a semi-dry earthy finsh. surprisingly light-bodied with average carbonation.

butelka 0,33ml. piękny zapach kawy z mlekiem, aczkolwiek nie jakiś super intensywny. Ładnie się prezentuje w szkle, piana drobnopęcherzykowa, trwała, zdobi szkło. W smaku wędzonka, paloność, lekka popiołowość, dosyć pełne.

Clear, very dark brown. Thick beige head. Very light smoky aroma, slightly meaty with some roasted malt. Flavour has roasted malt, caramel and very, very light smoke. Certainly drinkable but not really what I consider a smoked beer.
