COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma: Caramel with a strong smoked touch. Appearance: Black color with cloudy liquid and rocky white/tan head. Taste: Light sweetness. Palate: Medium body with creamy texture and medium carbonation. Short smoked finish. Overall: Very easy too drink, maybe too soft for a smoked beer.

(bottle) deep brown colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of smoked ham and bonfire ash, with a light touch of watermelon, some sugar icing and brown sugar. flavour is mostly the same, lots of smoked ham and fatty pork belly, with a hint of chocolate icing, some roasted malts and a semi-dry earthy finsh. surprisingly light-bodied with average carbonation.

butelka 0,33ml. piękny zapach kawy z mlekiem, aczkolwiek nie jakiś super intensywny. Ładnie się prezentuje w szkle, piana drobnopęcherzykowa, trwała, zdobi szkło. W smaku wędzonka, paloność, lekka popiołowość, dosyć pełne.

Clear, very dark brown. Thick beige head. Very light smoky aroma, slightly meaty with some roasted malt. Flavour has roasted malt, caramel and very, very light smoke. Certainly drinkable but not really what I consider a smoked beer.
