COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: A refreshing beer, which is a refined interplay between the elderflowers distinctive flavor and aroma hops. The beer is composed of four types of malt including caramel malt, which adds a golden color and gives fullness and sweetness to the beer. For humlekogningen will be used two different types of hops. Aroma hops are hops variety Challenger that was developed back in 1972 at Wye College in England.
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast and elderflower.

Reconqvista (339) - Madrid, SPAIN - APR 20, 2015
Amber color beer with a frothy lasting beige head. Aroma is malty with spicy notes. Flavor is light sweet and yeasty. Slightly weak body driving to a fruity end.

McWorta (1627) - LUXEMBOURG - MAR 22, 2015
Golden-amber colour, light hazy with a beige medium sized head. Aromas of malt, floral, grass, elderflower develop. Low carbonation, bit smooth texture medium body. At first a light malt sweetness develops giving way to a floral hop bitterness which becomes a bit astringent. Finish is medium long.

Bottle 50 cl. Golden hazy colour. F. Aroma of malt, citrus, elderflower, overripe pear, caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bitter taste like an apa, but the wheat malt is too strong in this one..

Hopmaestro (1653) - Örebro, SWEDEN - AUG 22, 2014
It’s always fun with some spice/fruit beers. However, I had a hard time to find the elderflower in here. To me it was almost as a standard pale ale. Aroma is neutral and moderate hops. The taste follows, presenting a very vague elderflower hint in the end. Maybe it was a bit old?

Snegurochka (395) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 7, 2014
500ml bottle at Bardus Bistro, Tromsø. Dark orange body. Hazy and cloudy orange body. More sediments in the end. Fresh hops, orange and the elderflowers are noticeable. Served too cold, but so the aroma got more inviting with time. The same applies to taste, it got better and better: citrus, fresh hops, barley, flowers and herbs. A bit peculiar- but in a nice way (07.07.14)
