The wheat and barley is brewed using a temperature controlled step mash. In doing this we utilize the proteins and enzymes necessary to convert sugars for fermentation.

Pours a slightly cloudy, yellow with no head. Decent carbonation. You can definitely smell the almond. Crisp tasting brew with a slight hint of honey in the finish. Not too shabby.

Tasted at GABF 2008. Yellow pour with no head. Almond nose with honey as well. Flavor is the same. Tasty beer in my opinion.

From the Bottle at the GABF Colorado Convention Center, Denver 10/10/2008 Some spice aroma. Golden coloured and hazy in appearance. Sweet honey flavours. Crisp and slightly dry in the finish.

NOt so good, it was a little greasy and strange. Goldy but not clear. Tehre was little about the honey and less about the almond in it.

Had this while camping at BCTC this year. Pours a hazy gold and yellow with a medium to large white head. Fuzzy wheat, a touch of nuts. Smells a bit like honey nut cheerios. Grainy and sweet. Toast, light bitter finish.
