I had this at Toucans Bar & Grill. Nice gold color with a nice head, a hint of citrus in the taste. Pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rated from notes taken 6 Sep 2011 -- This is a pretty good hef/cream ale. Light and refreshing. It probably helps that it was a hot as balls summer day in Tampa when I tried this. Good clean, light beer.

On tap at Post Card Inn. After a day at the beach, I wanted something refreshing. This hit the spot. Color was a cloudy golden color. Don’t remember the carbonation off hand, but think it was pretty average. There was some body to this beer, almost like a slippery yeast consistency. Doesn’t sound great, but it was different and good. Overall the taste is like a faint blueberry muffin. Perfect for the moment.

Was nice and refreshing, although it said Hefe Weizen in the menu. IT was more like a german than an american style.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2011 on tap @BT Wesley Chapel-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is grain/cardboard, some lemon. Taste is grain/cardboard/wheat, some lemon hops. 2.3 110209-on tap-much cleaner, no detractors. Easy, medium body. 3.3

On tap at key west. Faint aroma. Half inch head which fades rapidly. Rather bland but good drink ability. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

in bottle from Shep’s in St Pete. ok, first off this is not an APA. its a wheat ale; it even says so on the label around the top of the bottle; "American Wheat Ale with a hint of refreshing citrus". and thats pretty much what it is. aroma is mildly grassy with a hint of orange. pours barely cloudy with the typical bubbly effect of a wheat, with a thin sticky head. flavor is lemon and yeasty and the finish is clean and crisp. it needs to be re-categorized, but aside from that this is a decent american wheat ale.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Wheaty base, light sweetness, faint lemony notes, and a wheaty malty finish. Not bad.

Sample at Dunedin. The beer pours a clear yellow-orange color with a thin white head that burns away quickly. Mild citrusy hops aroma with a touch of malt. Light to medium body with a mildly hopped character that has notes of citrus and grainy malt. The finish is hoppy with a short bitter aftertaste. Just average overall.

12oz bottle from ABC on Apalachee. Hazy yellow pour. Aroma is apple cider, lemon, wheat. Tastes are sweet wheat cereal, little lemon, no hops really. Finishes grainy. Not unpleasant, but not great either.
